The beginning...

So we have a flat tire already. Before our bicycles even left the basement. But everything is packed and prepared, so after that is fixed, we're finally going to set out on our long trip.

The past two nights we camped in our old flat in Hamburg, but from today on, the plan is to cycle up the Elbe river, via Magdeburg and Dresden, till we cross into Czech Republic.
